Who lives at The Homestead
The Homestead is a Level III Licensed Residential Care Home. We provide help with simple, everyday tasks. Our residents must be:

Aged 65 years and up and in reasonable good health considering their age

Able to get in and out of bed unassisted

Able to perform personal hygiene such as bathe/shower, wash and comb/brush their hair and brush teeth

Dress and undress without assistance

Ambulate to meals and back unassisted
-
Must treat others in the house with respect and allow for a peaceful environment for all.

The Homestead does not have a Memory Care Unit. As a Level III Residential Care Home, we are not licensed to provide care for those with progressed memory loss, or individuals who need consistent one on one care.
